Rahul heads the Infrastructure Practice in India. The practice focuses on infrastructure sectors such as Power, Urban Infrastructure, Transportation and Civil Construction. Prior to joining Transearch, was working with Korn/Ferry International’s New Delhi office and supported the firms’ Industrial markets. He has managed a number of assignments for Automotive Manufacturing, Power & Energy and Capital Equipments sector.

In his earlier role, Rahul was Principal Consultant with Ma Foi Global Search Services in Delhi and headed their search practice for Energy & Infrastructure & Real Estate for the country.

He also helped set up the Singapore subsidiary of Ma Foi and incepted the recruitment and Search practice for Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors for the APAC region.

The stint in Singapore gave him an excellent exposure to cross cultural sensitivities and international practices.

In his earlier roles, Rahul delivered on consulting, staffing and corporate services roles, along with the opportunity to work with different market segments and sectors. It has given him excellent perspective to consult clients in the process of setting up nascent operations in new geographies or expanding operations in India.

Rahul is a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing from IMS.
