Sangeeta Sabharwal is a Senior Partner with TRANSEARCH International, New Delhi, India office. She heads the practice for Telecom, Real Estate, Supply Chain & Logistics, Media & Advertising (Print / TV / Radio), Not-For-Profit (NGO / Education) and Civil Aviation

Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, Sangeeta was the group CEO of the Kochhar Group The group comprised of one of the largest Law firms in the country, an LPO, a business consulting entity and a JV with Pinkerton which is the largest investigation consulting firms worldwide.

Sangeeta incorporated an executive search entity in August 2007 within the Kochhar group and with a small team was able to build revenues to break even and record profits at the end of a seven month period.

Prior to the Kochar Group, Sangeeta was the Chief Executive Officer of Ma Foi Global Search Services. Sangeeta started as Consultant with Ma Foi, Delhi. She also helped in building the center from the scratch. She became the center head for Delhi and then was given the complete Regional responsibility for Ma Foi’s Northern and Eastern operations. Sangeeta has consulted on executive searches involving many CEOs/COOs/MDs for numerous MNCs and Indian companies and also has hands on experience in training, having participated and conducted over five Management Development Programs for various companies in India.

Though her forte has been Engineering and Consumer/ Retail, Sangeeta has worked across sectors on various searches. Sangeeta is a graduate in Economics (Honours) from Lady Shriram College, Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Business Management. She also holds a degree in Education.
