Sanjiv started his career
as a Management Trainee with the DCM Group in
Delhi. After spending nearly 11 years in the
marketing & sales of Information Technology
solutions, Sanjiv moved into the Executive Search & Selection
space nearly 10 years ago. He has worked at setting
up & running contingency selection businesses
in Ahmedabad & Mumbai and for the past six
years has started up and headed Senior Executive
Search businesses in Delhi. In his last assignment
with Accord Group India, he was a whole time
Director on the board of the firm.
While his Search experience
has been fairly broad based cutting across
diverse industries & functions,
his main strength lies in providing Search solutions
to large Indian business houses. In the early
part of his career with the DCM group and HCL-HP,
he worked in product management, sales & marketing
and profit centre head roles.
Sanjiv has a post graduate degree from B.I.T.S.
Pilani and is currently pursuing his Executive
Doctorate in Business Administration from the
Aligarh Muslim University.
